Kraiya will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to an account, unless it can be proven that the loss was caused by a security fault on Kraiya's own end.
If your account is hacked or an unauthorized transaction occurs, contact support immediately. Delays make it significantly harder to investigate.
Kraiya operates under an international gaming license and adheres to Know Your Customer (KYC) policies. All users must complete KYC before making a withdrawal.
KYC verification typically takes 24–48 hours. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS. If your documents are incorrect or unclear, you will be given the opportunity to resubmit them.
